This picture is a perfect example of “not was it seems.” He gives a great performance, one that gives the viewer an automatic smile. Technically, I was trying to achieve a cleaner image but thought the content was great.
hah... i like this one... it really shows some personality. I think that if you go into camera raw and increase the luminescence and the color details... or just play around with the controls you can get that grainy texture to go away. I think that will make it a stronger photograph.
This image is very expressive and funny. I love his posture, how yource composed the image. Though I might like to see the rest of his knee in the image if it were possible. And again it seems pretty noisy, I would try to reduce that.
This is my favorite of your images. I really like the composition and his facial expression. I also like the contrast between light and dark. It does look a little grainy/blurry, so maybe try to focus a little more and choose a lower iso?
Again I wish there were more sharpness to this photo and the white balance looks like it's off in this one too. Try either making sure the white balance on your camera is set, or shoot with that gray card and fix in once on the computer.
